Describe one simple thing you do that brings joy to your life.
Several years ago a friend showed me
Her finished coloring pages
And immediately I was hooked.
I am so in love with coloring.
I enjoy pretty colors and
Watching the picture coming
To life before my eyes.
I absolutely love my coloring time!
Do you remember life before the internet?
I remember life before internet. The only thing
We had was a television and the rotary telephone.
I guess you can say we played outside or
Read books or helped momma clean
The house. There were no cellphones.
It was boring but we didn’t know
That at the time.
What does “having it all” mean to you? Is it attainable?
To me it means having it all means good health, loving family, great friends, a good job and just enough money to live comfortably.
I’m not a material girl. It’s all about the heart.
Who would you like to talk to soon?
I have a best friend from high school
Who I haven’t seen since 2004.
That was also the year my
Mom passed away.
We went to high school together
And we eventually became
Roommates after graduation.
I even started my first job
Where she worked.
I made friends with
A couple of her friends.
We did everything together.
I miss those days very much.
How do you feel about cold weather?
I like cold weather because
It’s good sleeping weather.
I like to stay in bed with a good book,
And with a hot mug of coffee.
I don’t like it too cold though.
Down here near
The Gulf of Mexico it doesn’t
Get too cold and it doesn’t
Stay cold.
